After several unconfirmed leaks, the University of Georgia has announced that the contracts for Defensive Coordinator Willie Martinez, linebackers coach John Jancek, and defensive ends and special teams coach Jon Fabris. These coaches have essentially been fired by Coach Mark Richt.
All three have been asked to coach any bowl game.
And on the other coaches’ job security (Coach Richt): “It’s not the time of year to sign contracts, but all the other coaches are in good shape.”
